The sports retail giant Fanatics has filed a lawsuit against Arizona Cardinals rookie Marvin Harrison Jr. for failing to uphold a contract he signed with them in May 2023. The lawsuit, which was brought to the New York Supreme Court, alleges that Harrison has not fulfilled his obligations under the agreement and has even gone as far as to publicly deny the existence of the contract.
Fanatics claims that Harrison not only refused to honor the contract but also disclosed confidential information about the agreement to ESPN.
