The Vancouver Canucks have made a bold move by handing Hall of Famer Jim Rutherford a three-year extension to continue his role as the president of hockey operations. Previously with the Pittsburgh Penguins, Rutherford served as the executive vice president of hockey operations and general manager during the franchise’s victorious campaigns in 2016 and 2017.
